Wearulf’s 7-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

We’re here to make returns easy! If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at contact@wearwulf.in or send a WhatsApp message to 8369271376 within 7 days from the delivery date. Be sure to include your Order ID. Once we receive your request, a delivery executive will be assigned to pick up the product within 2-3 days. Please ensure the item is in its original condition.

Return Process and Refunds: Once your return reaches us, we’ll conduct a quality check within 12-24 hours. You’ll receive an email notification regarding your eligibility for a refund. Refunds typically process within 5-7 working days from email confirmation.

  • For COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via UPI, so having GooglePay or PhonePe is recommended.
  • For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For faster refunds, please provide a UPI ID.
    Note: Shipping and COD charges collected during the time of delivery are non-refundable.

Return Pick-Up Attempts: A total of 2 pickup attempts will be made at the original delivery address. If:

  1. The product isn’t returned within these attempts, or
  2. The return cannot be picked up from the original address, you’ll be responsible for arranging the return shipment.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrived defective or damaged, please send us:

  • An HD unboxing video and clear images of the item highlighting the defect.
  • Photos of the original packaging.

Please note that video/photo evidence is required to proceed with the return. We’ll review your case within 24 hours and, if validated, initiate a pickup.

We will not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect items
  • Items missing tags, original packaging, or included items
  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Damaged prints or items
  • Crumpled, creased, or tampered items

Lastly, we reserve the right to decline a return request if it does not comply with our policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We aim to make this process smooth and appreciate your patience!

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange window. Before placing an order, please review our sizing chart and fabric details carefully. Our products are made-to-order to minimize environmental impact, so exchanges are handled only in special cases. If you’d like to proceed with an exchange, follow these steps:

Contact Us:
Reach out within 7 days of delivery at contact@wearwulf.in or text us on WhatsApp at 8369271376. Please include your Order ID, and allow 12-24 hours for us to review your request.

Return Pickup:
Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup for the product. Note that the exchange product will not be shipped on the same day as the pickup. The delivery executive will attempt the pickup up to 3 times; if unsuccessful, customers will be responsible for shipping the product back to us from the original delivery address. Please note there is a reshipping fee of ₹65 as we do not operate our own courier service.

Exchange Options and Fees:
If you wish to exchange for a different product or design, a fee of ₹60 will apply. Any price difference for exchanges to a lower-value item will be refunded, and for higher-value items, the additional cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Quality Check:
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition. Our Quality Control team will inspect the returned product, which may take an additional 1-2 business days. Once cleared, we will initiate the exchange, and the same shipping terms apply to the replacement item.

Non-Exchangeable Conditions:

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Different products
  • Items missing tags, original packaging, or included items
  • Used or washed items
  • Tampered or damaged prints
  • Damaged products, creased garments, or missing/damaged tags
  • Damaged courier packaging
    Lastly, we reserve the right to decline an exchange request if it doesn’t comply with our policy.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. You have the flexibility to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
  2. Please note that we are unable to accommodate cancellations beyond the initial 6-hour window, as your order would have already entered the processing phase.
  3. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, our team will make two attempts to call and confirm the order. If there is no response after two attempts, the order will be automatically canceled, and you will be notified via message.
